Payments must be made as per the agreed contract terms.

Advance payment may be required before starting any project or dispatching materials.

Delay in payment may result in project delay or additional charges.

Orders will be processed only after written confirmation (email, quotation approval, or signed agreement). Once confirmed, cancellation may attract applicable charges.

Delivery timelines depend on material availability and site conditions.

Project completion time may vary due to weather, site clearance, or client approvals.

We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

We supply materials as per industry standards. Any concerns regarding product quality must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from misuse of materials or improper handling after delivery.

We are not responsible for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our control such as natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local court as per applicable laws.
